We provide a comprehensive two-year limited warranty on all pre-owned watches, covering internal mechanical defects. New watches typically come with the original manufacturer's warranty.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship worldwide using secure, fully insured couriers such as FedEx and UPS. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes upon arrival.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period for a full refund, provided the watch is returned in the exact same condition it was received, with all security tags and original packaging intact.
How do I know a watch will fit my wrist?
We list the case diameter and approximate bracelet length for every listing. If you require additional links or a specific strap adjustment, please contact our concierge team before shipping.
